For mortgage brokers
A conveyancing panel for mortgage brokers
Quote your client’s conveyancing while you arrange their mortgage. Every quote is priced on a tariff agreed with your business and itemised in a PDF for your client, and when they are ready you instruct online and follow the case from your dashboard.
Register, and we'll agree your tariff with you before your account goes live.
At a glance
Priced on your tariff
We agree a tariff of charges with your business when you join, and every quote you run is priced on it automatically.
An itemised quote for your client
Legal fees, supplements, disbursements and VAT, line by line, in a PDF you can send straight on.
Instruct online
When your client is ready, add their details and the case goes to your conveyancer. They, your client and you are each emailed the quote.
Every case on your dashboard
Saved quotes, instructed cases and their documents in one place, and all searchable.
Quote the conveyancing with the mortgage
You are often the first professional your client speaks to about a move, and they will need a conveyancer as well as a mortgage. A quote from you, alongside your advice, is one less thing for them to find, and it keeps the case with people you know.
The quote is worked out from answers you already have: the price or the property’s value, the loan and the lender, and the kind of property. Addresses and contact details come later, once your client has accepted the quote.
What to check when you choose a conveyancing panel
However you introduce conveyancing, a few questions are worth asking of any panel.
- Who will act for your client. With us your work goes to the firm you are signed up with, so your clients deal with people you already know.
- Whether the firm acts for the lender. A lender instructs only firms on its own panel, so the lender matters from the start. Our quote asks for it up front, as fees can vary by lender.
- How the price is set out. Your client should be able to see what they are paying for. Our quotes itemise the legal fees, supplements, disbursements and VAT.
- What you can see once the case is instructed. Every case you instruct stays on your dashboard with its documents, from saved quote to completion.
How your tariff works
When you register, we agree a tariff of charges with you that suits the work you introduce, rather than a one-size price list. From then on it is applied to every quote you run, so there is nothing to look up or re-key.
You can add your own introduction fee to a quote as you run it. A quote you save can be instructed later, or used to start a new one with the same answers if something changes.

Questions
Common questions
- Who will act for my clients?
- The conveyancing firm your account is signed up with. Your cases go to them, so your clients deal with people you already know.
- Which matters can I quote for?
- Purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity, and a sale and purchase together. The quote also asks whether the property is a buy-to-let, leasehold, new build or shared ownership where that applies, and offers only the options your conveyancer takes on.
- What does my client receive?
- An itemised quote as a PDF, which you send them. When you instruct, your client, your conveyancer and you are each emailed the quote.
- Can I save a quote and instruct later?
- Yes. Quotes are saved to your dashboard, so you can instruct when your client is ready, or start a new quote from the same answers if something changes.
- How do I join?
- Register your business. We’ll be in touch to agree your tariff, and once your account is approved you can sign in and start quoting.
