For estate agents and introducers

Conveyancing quotes for estate agents and introducers

Once a sale is agreed, your buyer and your seller each need a conveyancer. Quote them there and then on a tariff agreed with your business, send the quote as a PDF, and instruct online when they are ready.

Register, and we'll agree your tariff with you before your account goes live.

At a glance

  • Sales, purchases or both

Quote a sale, a purchase, or a sale and purchase together, with each side set out.

  • Priced on your tariff

Agreed with your business when you join, and applied to every quote you run.

  • Instruct without the paperwork

Carry the quote straight on to instruction. It goes to the conveyancer, your client and you.

  • Follow every case

Each case stays on your dashboard with its documents, from saved quote to completion.

Who it’s for

Value Conveyancer is for businesses that introduce clients to a conveyancer: estate agents, new homes teams, financial advisers and mortgage brokers. You register your business, we agree a tariff with you, and every quote you run is priced on it.

Quote as soon as a sale is agreed

The quote asks only what it is priced from: the price, the lender if there is a mortgage, and whether the property is leasehold, new build, shared ownership or a buy-to-let. It is worked out on the spot, itemised line by line, and ready to send as a PDF.

Addresses and contact details are needed only when you instruct, so you can quote first and fill in the rest once your client has said yes.

One quote for a sale and a purchase

When your client is selling one property and buying another, quote both together. The quote sets out the sale and the purchase each on its own, and the case goes to the conveyancer as one.

The conveyancing firm your account is signed up with. We provide the quoting and instruction; your clients’ conveyancing is carried out by the firm.
